1. Order Cancellation

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• Sealed Products: We accept returns for products that are in their original, sealed condition. Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide your order number and reason for the return. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Refund Method: Refunds for accepted returns will be credited to your Skinoved Herbals wallet for future purchases. Refunds will not be issued to your original payment method.

3. Processing Time for Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and you will be notified via email.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
