Shipping Charges

• Within India: Free shipping is available on orders with a cart value of ₹999 or more. For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges apply.
• International Orders: Shipping charges will be calculated at actuals and added to your order total at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Within India: You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation via email and SMS with tracking details, so you can stay updated on your order’s progress.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Products must be in their original, sealed condition. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used. We do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
• Refunds: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be credited to your Skinoved Herbals wallet for future purchases.
